Please read all descriptions and details before purchasing a piece. I do not accept returns/exchanges unless there is something functionally wrong with the piece. Email hello@ameliawrededavis.com for questions about exchanging broken/faulty vessels within 2 days from when the piece(s) arrived (marked delivered). The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs, unless the piece is broken upon arrival.

Vessels are shipped out usually within 5 business days (I ship orders about once a week). I appreciate your patience in advance : ). If you preordered something, pieces will be made to order and shipped in the timeframe given on the listing.

After your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number (please check your junk box before inquiring about not receiving one). Most packages are delivered within 2-5 business days. Sometimes international shipments can take longer than estimated. If something is time-sensitive, please email hello@ameliawrededavis.com or make a note in the “Notes” section at checkout for an expedited shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for any extra shipping fees if package is returned to sender based on the address I receive.

I do not have control over (rare, though inevitable) mix-ups with USPS or UPS. Once shipped, it is up to the buyer to follow tracking. Refunds are not available for packages that take longer than the estimated arrival time once shipped. If your package takes longer than the estimated arrival time on the tracking page or becomes lost/stuck in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible. Insurance on parcels is void after 60 days from the mailing date. I will not be able to offer refunds/send a free replacement after this time.
If you live in an area where package thieves are out and about, please use the signature shipping option at checkout, send to a P.O. box, or your place of work. I am not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier has marked them as delivered.

This is a new offering I am experimenting with to those within a 20mi radius of North Ferrisburgh, VT! Please keep in mind that my studio is not open to the general public, so a pickup date will be arranged via email. I will do my best to be as flexible as possible, but depending on how our schedules collide- this may take a beat. My hope is that the absence of shipping costs outweighs any delay in receiving your vessel/s. Feel free to email hello@ameliawrededavis.com with any questions.
